02 · Pre-send decision

We do not review copy. We test whether the deal can carry its commitments.

SharpWave works on the AI service seller’s side, before an Offer or RFP becomes an external commitment, to answer four operating questions.

01

What needs clarification before sending?

Find the conditions reported by the review. Verify outside facts and make your own send decision.

02

Are the cost assumptions explicit?

Check pricing, payment, scope, acceptance, third-party cost and maintenance triggers.

03

Who owns the risk?

Assign data, model error, API failure, human takeover and client-dependency responsibility.

04

What must close first?

Connect each decision to source text, missing evidence, a revised clause and an approval record.

Not proposal writing. Not generic AI polishing. Not a substitute for counsel. SharpWave is the commercial control layer before send.

These packages are not sold. Availability depends on repeat-delivery evidence and verified team permissions. Only the US$79 Single Deal is currently offered.

04 · Control engine

Thirteen dimensions are an evidence closure system—not a scorecard.

Every finding points to source text, a field, or missing evidence. The system reports document support, missing information and conditions to resolve; a total score cannot establish commercial safety.

States: CLEAR means supported in the document; PARTIAL needs clarification; MISSING lacks information; RISK identifies a reported concern; BLOCKING needs resolution before sending; N/A is not applicable. These labels are not safety certification.

06 · Service boundary

Judgment must be verifiable. Commitments must have boundaries.

Evidence first

Every finding must point to source text, a field or missing evidence.

The client decides

SharpWave records approval evidence; it does not authorize sending or signing for the client.

No outcome guarantee

A review cannot guarantee an award, a sale, a margin or dispute-free delivery.

07 · SAMPLE OUTPUT

This redacted static sample shows how SharpWave connects source text, commercial impact and a proposed revision. It is not a customer result and processes no visitor input.

08 · Frequently asked questions

Five answers that define AI Service Deal Governance.

01What is AI Service Deal Governance?

It is the pre-send process of controlling profit, scope, payment, acceptance, AI responsibility, delivery risk and approval evidence before an Offer or RFP becomes an external commitment.

02Does SharpWave write my proposal?

No. SharpWave reviews an existing complete Offer or RFP and identifies evidence gaps, commercial impact and proposed revisions. It is not a proposal-writing service.

03What counts as one Controlled Deal?

One buyer, one AI service and one commercial opportunity form one Controlled Deal, including the V1 review and up to two complete revised versions.

04Does SharpWave include human review?

No. The currently available Single Deal is fully automated and includes no SharpWave human review. Studio Pack and Team Control remain unreleased roadmap packages. Your own MFA-verified approver owns the external-send decision.

05Does zero BLOCKING guarantee a safe or successful deal?

No. It means the latest document has closed the conditions reported by the system. It does not guarantee outside facts, legality, an award, payment, margin or dispute-free delivery.
