PRACTICAL REVIEW GUIDE
ChatGPT, legal review or SharpWave: choosing an AI proposal review
Use a general AI assistant for flexible drafting and exploratory checks, a qualified lawyer for legal interpretation, and SharpWave for its defined automated, evidence-linked proposal review workflow. These routes can complement one another; none guarantees commercial success.

A general AI assistant
- A general assistant can help you brainstorm missing scope, acceptance and maintenance questions. You supply the review instructions, context and version history.
- For a one-off, simple draft, a checklist and your existing assistant may be sufficient. SharpWave is not necessary for every proposal.
Legal review
- Choose legal review when the question concerns enforceability, governing law, liability language, intellectual-property rights or regulatory interpretation.
- SharpWave does not include a human reviewer and does not replace qualified legal advice.
SharpWave Single Deal
- The current offer is US$79 for one buyer, one AI service and one opportunity, with 30-day access and up to three complete versions.
- The workflow links findings to evidence, compares reported blocking conditions and records the customer’s own approval. These are product capabilities, not independently validated customer outcomes.
- Do not buy it to write a proposal from scratch, guarantee a safe deal, or delegate the final decision. Studio Pack and Team Control are not currently sold.
